protein carbs veggies lunch

grilled ground chicken with mystery spices and sprouts, carrot rice, steamed veggies

  1. The key is "mystery spices"; started with the old favorite "Italian Seasoning", then added a dash of black vinegar, cooking sake, and mirin. Not entirely sure what it tasted like, but it was damn fine.
