Chest dips (really wide), outside curls (many, and after 120 regular curls, too), planks (six minutes total. Ow.)
Cheating:
What is it with me and the damn raisins? I put them in the fruit salad. Didn't eat too many of them, drowned as they were in banana and strawberry and orange bits. But still, I DID promise to lay off the raisins. And yet there they were. Even worse: some of the fruit salad is still left over, so I will probably eat a few tomorrow for my fruits. Or maybe I will man up and NOT eat them, just leave them sitting in the bag leftover after I eat all the rest of the fruit salad. No dried little grape is going to make a mockery of ME!
Zoo & picnic:
Epic day at Ueno Zoo. Last day of Golden Week, perfect weather, and kids day at the zoo so kids were free. And it was PACKED. Good thing we went early in the AM and left just as the crowds were really coming in.
Spread out the blue sheet and had a big lunch; steamed veggies, fruit salad, Hokkaido kamaboko, brown rice bento...it is easy to be strong when all the food is so good!
