I am officially outta the valley. Body fat going back down, muscle mass going back up. Still need to really push for the next couple weeks to drop another couple percentage points in body fat if possible.
Just need to stay focused: failure on all exercises, no getting lazy on measuring food, discipline discipline discipline!
It is now seriously and officially ON.
