leftovers bento lunch

Wife-made salmon with mushrooms, onion, carrots, cucumber, steamed veggies, wheat tortillas.

The nutrition plan for this week continues to "normalize"; slightly more fruit for every snack, a bit more carbs and protein. I even got some carbs at dinner, for the first time in what seems like forever.
Workouts continue to look brutal; fewer exercises, many sets and reps. It is all about maximum muscle build these last few weeks, methinks. Not much fat left to burn off, so I don't suspect my weight will change much. If anything I expect it to go up as I put on heavy muscle.
Heading to Patrick's tonight to workout and weigh in, so we shall see.
