Yeah, if I ever HAVE to go out to lunch, the Chinese Chicken Salad at West Park Cafe seems PCP-friendly enough: mostly lettuce, minimal dressing, minimal carbs (a mere sprinkle of those airy "chinese noodle" things, some plain protein (boiled chicken, unflavoured), and a smidgen of other veggies.
