Probably overdid the carbs a bit for lunch, though tough to tell. Daughter had some pork which was a bit too spicy, so she ate all the sprouts and I dumped her bulkogi pork and veggies into my sizzling bowl. I guess if I am going to overdo it there are worse ways than eating loads of spicy Korean pork and veggies.
Been outside all day at various parks and am now literally a redneck, so maybe it will all balance out!
