Cool with me. I don't actually care what my weight is, I just want the six pack abs and more muscle definition, i.e. I wanna look good naked.
This week is all about protein and powering through the exercises. Will get up early to get the jumps done, and then in the afternoon/evening really push hard on all the muscle-building. I want to feel sore and weak every day, or I am not working hard enough.
Will hit half-way through PCP in a couple days, so I want to make sure the down-hill slog from there is paved with sweat. Will also be good to see my sempai graduate and my peeps start a new PCP...ah, the nostalgia for those first few weeks, when 350 jumps seemed nigh impossible and every day brought new torturous exercises.
Speaking of which, the last new addition to our arsenal: Kung-Fu Sit-ups. Basically, hang from a pull-up bar completely neutral, then bend at the waist, legs straight, until feet are up at hand height, body bent into a tight V. No swinging, all abs. Wow, those hurt. Fun!
Let's watch the weight dip down again in two weeks!
