As Patrick says: can't believe it's already week 7! A whole batch of folks about to finish their PCP, and a whole new batch of folks ready to start (including two recruits from me: go guys! Yer gonna love it!)
Week 7 sees some interesting meal changes: slightly fewer carbs (so 3 tortillas instead of 4 at lunch), slightly more fruit on the snacks, and more protein all around. I am up to 6 eggs (mostly whites) a day -- that's a dozen every other day! I need to do some serious egg-shopping and hard-boiling.
I figured this means more muscle-building, and the exercises this week confirms that: continued leg work, lots of back, shoulders, arms...all the good stuff just like last week, plus some new things that I am sure Patrick will show me tonight (Kung-Fu situps?!)
Anyway feeling strong and psyched to keep powering through; loving the results so far and at this pace the 6-packed abs are guaranteed.
New routine this week, too: wake up at 5:30am, do my jumps and 8MA before breakfast. Still feel clumsy in the AM, but I will get it done.
