Spinach and enoki omelet, bagel.
Hit the dojo last night and did kumitachi for about 1.5 hours with Elvis again; turning into my Thursday ritual.
Then on Patrick's advice I set the alarm clock back 15 minutes, got up this morning at 5:30am, and did my jumps. I would like to say it was because I was trying to be as quiet as possible that I kept tripping, but honestly I think it was because I jumped 1500 times at 5:30am. Took me about twice as long as usual, but didn't feel particularly bad. Finished up with 8MA and had a decent sweat going. Just as my wife and baby son got up, I took a quick shower, then made the lovely omelet seen above. I do love me a big breakfast!
So we shall see; supposedly pre-breakfast exercise and then eggs for breakfast is the healthiest and best way to burn fat. It certainly feels good. Will try to keep this going. It being Friday I won't be waking up at 5:30am on the weekends, but certainly by 7am, so I will do my jumps and possibly even all exercises before breakfast whilst the kids watch morning cartoons or something.
