overkill

Pre-breakfast 8 Minute Abs, followed by jumps and a workout in the living room, dodging my kids...when I was just about done with the workout I realized I was doing YESTERDAY'S. Oops.
Switched to today's and did the whole thing...and yeah it was alot.
Actually the elevated tricep dips weren't so bad, but those damn double-katanas are evil.
Leglifts were fine and somehow planks were doable.
Progress!
Or as Watson says: Go Team Go!
