AMAYW

For those non-PCP'ers out there complaining about "diet" and being hungry and not eating enough leading to rebound blah blah blah, here is yet one more excuse killer.
This week my PCP nutrition plan includes, in both lunch AND dinner, the most excellent and helpful statement:
Vegetables -- AS MANY AS YOU WANT
To match that, the exercises continue to jack up. And I am STILL losing fat and putting on muscle.
So this week I will eat five eggs (well one egg and four egg-whites) a day, lots and lots and lots of veggies, and fruit three times a day. Nice big breakfast including carbs, same with lunch, sensible dinner of mainly veggies and some protein, post work-out banana and protein drink, three snacks a day...what's that word "diet" mean again?
Oh yeah, the PCP definition of diet is: eat lots of yummy healthy food, exercise, burn fat, build muscle.
Meanwhile, enjoy your Diet Coke. :)

  1. I'd much rather use the word "nutrition" than diet, but it doesn't fit in the banner.

It's on my business cards though!

  2. PCP and "diet" don't jive. I'm eating like a king!
