sleep

Spent all yesterday out with the kids in the nice weather, and after checking out* the Italian Festival at the local international grocery store, came home and took what turned into a 3-hour nap! Guess I did not get enough sleep on Friday, and waking up early to knock out the jumps wasn't helping.
Got up early on Saturday and did the whole workout before breakfast. This morning got up early and did the jumps and 8MA before breakfast, too.
Feels good.
I think for weekdays I'll just do the jumps and 8MA in the AM before breakfast. I actually like taking a break from work in the afternoon / evening to go work out and/or hit the dojo, so I'd rather not finish up all the exercises before breakfast.
Tomorrow starts week 7, so we shall see what kind of exercise and menu changes Patrick has for us!
